In many cases pipe storage systems for pipes are still built in the workshop. Better and usually cheaper is the purchase of a professional pipe tripod. The marking of pipes and the preparation of pipe ends becomes much easier. The WT pipe stand is available as a foldable version of the site.

The standard version is delivered an “V” adapter, but it is also possible to get depositing racks with different materials to process various materials. Stainless steel, steel and polyethylene rolls are available for the professional pipe tripod.

Pro Roll


The Pro Roll with its adjustable height from 74 cm up to 109 cm ​​and a capacity of 900 kg is an ideal device for the welding area.












Max - Jax


                         The versatile Max-Jax is the ideal fabricator stand. The large 300 mm Vee head and heavy duty five-legged design offers the welder a maximum margin of safety on pipe up to 90 cm. With optional accessoires, such as the heavy duty casters and Hold-Down device, pipe weighing 1.1134 kg per Max-Jax can be wheeled with ease from storage rack... to welding bay... and onto the shipping dock. This means the load is lifted only once, resulting in a reduction of 50% or more in handling costs. The Max-Jax is great for leveling loads for fit-up, or use with a pipe rotator









Hold-Down Device


The Sumner Hold-Down Device uses high tensile strength chain for gripping up to 12“ (30 cm) pipe onto the large vee-head when either welding or using the Max Jax for material handling. Chain extension kits are available for pipe up to 40“ (101 cm).

                              



Cricket


The Cricket transports tubes weighing up to 450kg and 6,1 m length. It is ideal suited for transporting material to building sites and it is delivered directly with lashing strap and fail-safe tires. It’s weight is only 31,8 kg.



 



Pipe Mac



The Pipe Mac transports pipes up to 900 kg, individually or up to a height of 86 cm. The moving of the pipe Mac is getting easy by centrally     mounted rollers and it also allows a fast rotation of the carriage in tight corners. The posts can be pulled out easy for compact storage. The pipe Mac is ideal storable.
