Nitrogen generator for lead-free soldering application in wave soldering offer a low cost alternative for inerting wave soldering machines and reflow ovens. To reduce dross in production, to reduce maintenance of machines and to optimize quality of the process nitrogen generators are the solution. Nitrogen generators use the compressed air network or stand alone compressors. The nitrogen flow can be produced in capacities up to 200 Nm3/h and purities of 99.995 %. Most generators are modular expandible and can be adapted to higher flows or higher purities later on.

To check all parameters during the process nitrogen generators are equipped with pressure gauges, nitrogen purity indicator and temperature indication of the nitrogen flow. Different generator types are available for all kind of soldering machines and all kind of customer consumption profile.
